Statement of Faith
Bible – We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, and the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

God – We believe in one God, Creator of all, Holy, Sovereign, eternal, existing in three equal persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:1; John 1:1-3
Christ – We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, in His external existence with the Father in pre-incarnate glory, in his virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, triumphant ascension, mediatorial ministry and personal return.

The Holy Spirit – We believe in the person of the Holy Spirit. His essential and eternal deity, as well as His work of convicting, regenerating, sanctifying and empowering the believer.
John 14:16-17, 16:7-14
Man – we believe man was created both, male and female, by God in His own image, and that through disobedience, man became dead in trespasses and sins; and is entirely dependant on the mercy of God

Spirit World – We believe God has created an order of Spiritual Beings called Angels, whose purpose is to glorify and serve God, and protect and minister to the body of Christ. We acknowledge the existence of Satan and his fallen angels who are actively seeking to oppose Christ’s church and defeat those who would follow Christ. Satan and his followers are active today but their future destiny has already deemed determined by the work of Jesus on the cross, and His ultimate authority over all things.

The Local Church – We believe that the local church, being part of the universal church of Jesus Christ, is a body of baptized believers, called out from the world unto the Lord Jesus Christ, voluntarily associated for the ministry of the Word, the worship of God, the mutual edification of its members, the proclamation of the gospel, and the observance of its ordinances. We believe the Church is an independent body under the sovereign rule of the Lord Jesus Christ, with God’s Word as our guide.
Acts 2:39-47; Ephesians 1:17-23, 2:19-22, 4:4-16; Colossians 1:17-20
